Snowshoetour Wildhorn 3,248 meters
ON THE HIGHEST ELEVATION IN THE WESTERN BERNESE ALPS (CH) | 2 DAYS
The Wildhorn 3248 m is the highest elevation in the western Bernese Alps. The beautiful white summit pyramid is easily recognizable from afar. The high alpine tour leads over gentle glacier areas from the cosy Wildhorn hut to the summit with a tremendous panorama. By the way, the Schnidejoch, which has been an important link from the Bernese Oberland to Valais since the Neolithic Age, is not far from the route. Around 900 finds bear witness to this.
